Breakfast was by far the best I have experienced at a hotel. Get the breakfast option at check in as better pricing. Beautiful hotel, perfect location, and very accommodating staff. Would definitely stay here again next time we are in Jerusalem. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Gentleman in bar restaurant was particularly accommodating upon early arrival and went above and beyond for our family. So grateful we stayed here to cap off our Israel trip. Rooms are spacious and had everything we needed. Sofa bed ready upon our arrival which we appreciated travelling with kids. Great place to stay in close proximity to Jaffa gate at the Western Wall.

We stayed a night longer because we were so well accommodated. Service: The staff was very friendly and caring, attentive to our needs and offered assistance in a medical situation that was unforeseen (thank you!). We even received some upgrades re F&B. Overall, I have never been this pampered, so the service exceeded all my expectations. Facilities: I liked the hotel's cleanliness, the room was spacious, the beds comfy and it is definitely a plus to have a pool in Jerusalem. I really enjoyed staying here.

Breakfast was okay but staff reluctant to make hot latte as they felt we should use machine 2 machines were broken Friday and Sunday morning. A nuisance to have to keep going back for hot water.Should have been teapot or jug

Breakfast was excellent. Hotel was so comfortable and clean. Staff were so helpful and friendly particularly staff on reception. Very good situation. Near the Old City. Great pool. Would love to stay there again!

Upscale, but not super-luxury, hotel catering to international visitors. Excellent breakfast with multiple stations. Friendly and helpful staff. We stayed with young children (well-behaved, but typically active) who were kindly welcomed. Food in the bar (room service) was delish and sophisticated. Shomer-shabbat accomodations were easy to arrange (they provided a handout of options on Friday, including a shabbat elevator and non-electric key).

Staff was responsive and friendly. They really tried to please. Room was newly renovated, beautiful, clean and spacious. Outdoor pool was a big plus. Breakfast was plentiful, with omelette and pancake stations.

Dan Panorama far exceeded my expectations. Coming to Israel on a trip unfarmilier with the area from the first moment when I was greeted by Oded who made sure every time throughout my stay that all was ok and in the morning at breakfast Ayman was always there to get me lactose free cheese. Dan Panorama is the place to stay, they make you feel welcome and service your every need as if you were family.

The breakfast had a phenomenal selection and quality. All staff was helpful and friendly, very professional. The room was comfortable, clean, and quiet. I liked the bathroom size.
